She graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Degree in Musical Theatre in 1990. During her studies at Syracuse University, she trained intensively in vocal, dance, and performance arts, which laid the foundation for her career as an actor and singer.

Education in the performing arts can be regarded as one of the main factors that contributed to her well-composed image on the screen as well as to her capability to combine scripted and unscripted television shows. She started her career in the entertainment industry in the early 1990s. Prior to playing television roles, she was working as a singer at Disneyland and performed with her big band.

Next, she starred in scripted shows including ‘Married… with Children’ and ‘Jenny’. Notably, she became known for her part of Lydia DeLucca in the CBS drama ‘That’s Life’, moreover, she sang the theme song for this show. Her biggest success was her starring role in ‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’ from 2012 to 2016, providing more avenues for her as a podcast host, author, and a lifestyle entrepreneur.

On a personal level, Heather Dubrow is recognized for her affinity for the luxury lifestyle components such as fashion, champagne, travel, and the home designs of the highest quality. The things that Heather likes to discuss are fitness, her health routines, and entertaining guests. Her personal interests are an important part of her branding: from the red carpet events to hanging out with her family, she seems to enjoy every minute of her life.

In 1999, Heather Dubrow got married to plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, and since then, they have been living in Orange County and Los Angeles, California. Their long-lasting relationship plays an important role in how she is perceived in the public sphere as she discusses their family in terms of their business and lifestyle choices. Heather Dubrow and Dr. Terry Dubrow have four children: twins Maximilia ‘Max’ Dubrow and Nicholas ‘Nick’ Dubrow and two younger daughters, Katarina ‘Kat’ Dubrow and Ace Dubrow.
