Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian welcomed their second child, Adira River Ohanian, in mid-August 2023. The parents introduced their healthy baby girl to the world via media and social networking platforms on August 22, 2023, celebrating the expansion of their family.
The couple chose the first name “Adira,” which means ‘powerful’ or ‘strong,’ and picked “River” as her middle name to continue their trend of unique naming. Born in 2023, Adira will reach preschool age in 2026 but does not attend school yet.

Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr. was born on September 1, 2017, in St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, prior to her parents getting married in New Orleans in November 2017. Her name was named after her father.
According to reports as of 2026, Olympia is around nine years old and is currently being educated in both private schools and specialized tennis training. Sources claim that she is enrolled at the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in Biot, located close to Nice, France, which is an academy started by Patrick Mouratoglou, a coach who has been associated with Serena for many years, implying that her education is coupled with professional tennis training.
In her free time, Olympia enjoys sports, dance, fashion, and other activities that children do. Serena and Alexis occasionally showcase her participation in various sports events and games. She has one sibling named Adira River Ohanian, and she is also Serena Williams’ only child.
Her paternal grandparents include Chris Ohanian, an Armenian-American travel agent, and Anke Ohanian, who is German and works as a pharmacy technician. Her family travels between America and abroad depending on her parents’ businesses and Olympia’s tennis training; Olympia can also be seen accompanying her parents in some sporting and charitable events.
